SafeClip – Offline
Offline, PIN-locked vault for passwords and API keys.
It runs only on this PC. There is no account, no server, and no network call from the app. Secrets stay in an encrypted vault on your machine.

What it does
- Store passwords, API keys, tokens, and notes.
- Search the vault and copy an entry when you need it.
- Lock the vault with a 4–12 digit PIN.
How it stays local
- The vault is a file on disk on this PC.
- Secrets are encrypted with AES-256-GCM.
- The PIN is derived with scrypt.
- When Windows DPAPI is available, that key material is wrapped with it.
- The app locks itself automatically.
- The clipboard is cleared after you copy a secret.
Windows only
SafeClip – Offline runs on Windows. Version 1.0.0 is delivered as an NSIS setup. During setup you choose the install folder. There is no cloud sync, no account, and no telemetry.
